At PureJeansBD, we value customer satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, receipt, or invoice) is required.


2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Discounted or promotional items unless they arrive defective.

  • Items with missing tags or original packaging.


3. Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund (your choice) at no extra cost.


4. Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request via email or phone.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address.

  3. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Initial shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • For returns due to customer preference (not defect), return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
